complimentary beer convenient location friendly staff missing amenities broken safe uncomfortable bed
i got a complimentary beer upon arrival it was a nice touch. the location proved convenient for exploring fremont street. the staff seemed friendly and the hotel was clean throughout.
my room lacked amenities i expected there was no bottled water and no coffee pot. the safe was not working which was a bit of an inconvenience. the bed and pillows were super uncomfortable i did not sleep well.

updated hotel super clean room friendly staff
The hotel was recently updated and very clean. My room was super clean. I loved how elegant the whole hotel felt. I found the staff ready with answers and very polite. I had a quiet room despite the Fremont concerts.
The room lacked a coffee maker.

The hotel is directly on Fremont Street. It offers easy access to many restaurants and casinos. Walkability is excellent, and bus connections to the Strip, airport, and outlet malls are convenient. I appreciated the central spot!

My room had good air conditioning. It also had a functional television. The beds felt decent and were comfortable. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room. It also had some very nice decorations. It felt fresh!

The check-in process was impressively amazing! The staff gave clear directions. They are very service oriented. I was surprised by how friendly everyone seemed. It was a warm welcome. They were always on stand by to answer questions, polite!

decent stay with some issues
noise problem sleep quality
the location was good with proximity to the freemont area.
the noise was a significant problem i was on the 16th floor and freemont street was still loud our room thumping until 2am ear plugs were necessary but the music still permeated the room this greatly impacted sleep quality it is not ideal for those seeking rest.
